Executive Director
Narender Kumar
With over three decades of experience in development and public health, he provides steady guidance and deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Based in Delhi, he leads with a core focus on human rights, community well-being and practical on-the-ground solutions. His extensive background shapes our long-term strategy while keeping daily operations focused and effective. He plays a central role in advising the leadership team, ensuring that all regional projects, advocacy efforts, and community interventions remain strictly aligned with the organization’s founding vision.

Program Director
With a Master’s in Biotechnology and over five years of experience in the development and public affairs sector, he heads the implementation and strategic direction of all organizational programs. He manages advocacy campaigns & policy research, while ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding policies across all interventions. He also leads external communication strategies, oversees website management, identifies funding opportunities and builds institutional partnerships to sustain the organization’s growth.
Hanuman Sahay Sharma
Admin & Accounts Manager
Holding a Master’s in Social Work and bringing 17 years of experience in the development sector, he oversees all administrative and financial operations. His role extends beyond compliance, he actively supports program delivery by coordinating field and event logistics, handling venue bookings, vendor management and travel for major workshops. Additionally, he also helps in strengthening networks with partner organizations, ensuring teams have a strong operational backing.

Program Coordinator
With a Master’s in Public Health and a background in Sociology, she manages our program in Chhattisgarh, also strengthening our Disaster Risk Reduction initiative, focusing heavily on gender-responsive strategies that build grassroots resilience and empower women as local first responders. Utilizing her research and data analysis skills, she drives inclusive community interventions. To integrate critical health priorities into our broader mission, she also addresses targeted awareness campaigns on menstrual health and tobacco control.

Program Coordinator
Holding an M.A. in Development Communication and over five years of experience, she oversees our programmatic initiatives across Rajasthan. Drawing on her strong background in grassroots campaign management and stakeholder engagement, she coordinates field operations and builds strategic partnerships with local authorities. She leverages her multilingual proficiency to translate complex policies into accessible narratives, directly driving our women’s empowerment and rights awareness programs.

Program Assistant
With a Sociology degree and four years of experience, she facilitates Self-Help Group (SHG) activities and livelihood initiatives. She organizes community awareness campaigns and manages the daily administrative and financial workflows of the Bundi office.

Program Assistant
Bringing over a decade of experience in the development sector, he focuses on mobilizing communities and managing field operations. He organizes grassroots meetings, builds essential networks with local authorities, and provides reliable administrative support.
Kavita Singhsar
Program Assistant
Holding a Master’s in Social Work with three years of experience, she supports our grassroots operations in Chhattisgarh. She is directly responsible for organizing community engagement activities, conducting field research, and executing local awareness campaigns.
Sunita Garasiya
Program Assistant
With over four years of experience, she manages our specialized nutrition and education programs for children. Alongside this, she works across multiple villages, engaging with local women to build leadership capacity and execute our empowerment initiatives.
