Executive Director

Narender Kumar

With over three decades of experience in development and public health, he brings steady guidance and deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Based in Delhi, he leads with a focus on human rights, community wellbeing and practical solutions. His experience shapes both strategy and daily operations, helping the team stay grounded, focused and aligned with the organization’s vision.

Hanuman Sahay Sharma

Administration & Accounts

With a Master’s in Social Work and 17 years of experience in the development sector, he ensures smooth administrative and financial operations while also supporting program delivery. He contributes by coordinating logistics, strengthening networks with partner organizations and enhancing the overall effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.

Bhrigu Bhardwaj

Program & Communication

With a Master’s in Biotechnology, he leads advocacy campaigns, policy research, program implementation, and capacity-building sessions across thematic areas. He also manages communication strategies, oversees social media outreach and works on identifying funding opportunities and building partnerships to support the organization’s long-term growth

Program Coordinator

Experienced development professional with a Master’s in Social Work and eight years of experience, she brings expertise in community engagement, operations management, counseling and event management, with a focus on strengthening project coordination in Chhattisgarh.

Pengsomir E Borah

Program Coordinator

With a Master’s in Public Health and a background in Sociology, she strengthens health systems through research-based, community-focused approaches, grassroots engagement and qualitative research. She combines documentation skills with a strong understanding of community dynamics and inclusive development.

Swarna Saxena

Program Coordinator

Coordinating project implementation in Rajasthan, she holds a Master’s in Social Work (Industrial Relations and Public Health) and a background in Business Administration. With over two years of experience in the social sector, she advances inclusive development through gender-focused programs and community engagement.

Sapna Jogi

Program Assistant

With a degree in Sociology and over four years of experience, she facilitates SHG activities, supports livelihood initiatives and plays an active role in organizing community awareness campaigns.

Sajid Anwar

Program Assistant

An Arts graduate with over a decade of experience in the development sector, he contributes to organizing community meetings, managing field operations, building networks with local authorities and providing essential office support.

Kavita Sinshar​

Program Assistant

With a Master’s in Social Work and two years of experience, she supports community engagement, awareness drives and grassroots campaigns in Chhattisgarh. She draws on her background in Community Media to strengthen strategic communication and promote local empowerment.
